Other matters kept me from posting this earlier in the day as intended or from commenting on other things that will show up later. Couldn’t let the day expire, though, without must mentioning that this blog was launched two years ago today. While it has changed with time (as all things should), I still see it more as a personal outlet than anything else. As a result, I neither know nor care how many posts have gone up in that time or how many visitors there have been.
For those who visit the site, thanks. For those who visit and actually read something here, my thanks and condolences for putting up with my insights/rants, unique perspective/idiosyncrasies and occasional dementia. And if you’ve actually paused to think or been led to a CD, DVD or book you enjoyed, that’s wonderful.
If the desire to write is not accompanied by actual writing, then the desire must be not to write.
