Sometime early this year I recognized that it might suit me to  read some dust bowl era narratives. In my darkest moments I suspect there might be some piece of past that relates to my murky vision of the future.

I noticed awhile ago that this book was in your TBR pile and here you have finished it. Thanks for the review. This is where my depression(!) reading starts.

Alas, today Barnes &amp; Nobel has five copies, four being held (&quot;perhaps there&#039;s a class or something&quot;, says the sales dude) and one floating around the store, not on the shelf.

I guess I&#039;ll have Amazon drive/fly one to my house.
