When I first saw the various articles today, it didn’t surprise me. Today is Blue Monday, “the most depressing day of the year.”
Here, the sun was shining, it didn’t snow, the temperature wasn’t all that bad, nothing went to hell in a hand basket at work and we got good reports after various tests on the dog. Still, I was in one of those moods virtually all day. Knowing there is a “scientific” reason for it is somewhat reassuring. I’m just worried about whether this means tomorrow is the second most depressing day of the year.
I was once thrown out of a mental hospital for depressing the other patients.
