Seems a 60-year-old Sioux Falls man was arrested after he was chased out of someone’s yard carrying a video camera and tripod. When police found the man at his home they also discovered a large number of video tapes of the man “engaged in masturbation and sex acts with traffic signs near his home.” (Emphasis added.) The story also indicates police believe there were “at least two years worth” of video tapes.
I certainly will think twice the next time I push the “Walk” button on one of the city’s traffic lights.
The freakish is no longer a private zone, difficult of access. People who are bizarre, in sexual disgrace, emotionally violent are seen daily on the newsstands, on TV, in the subways.
